Convenience is key at Maison Halsey. Just a 5-minute walk from the J train at Halsey St Station, our residents enjoy a stress-free commute to Manhattan or the rest of Brooklyn and Queens. Other nearby transport options include the C train at Ralph Ave Station, and the Z at Gates Ave Station, ensuring you're always well-connected.
Maison properties are thoughtfully chosen to cater to your daily needs, and Maison Halsey is a prime example. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and gyms are all conveniently within walking distance, making your daily errands a breeze. Bedrooms
All Maisonettes at the Maison Halsey are fully furnished and include a private bathroom, minibar, and kitchenette, as well as modern design elements with the Maison brand’s signature bold pops of color.
Maisonette Large
With its own private entrance, the Maisonette Large room has the feel of a studio apartment. Large windows facing the park fill the suite with natural light, and the tall ceilings provide a sense of spaciousness uncommon in NYC. This deluxe suite is perfect for those who prioritize privacy, space, and the best view in the Maison.
For those who want the complete royal treatment, ask your designated sales agent for availability on the top floor, whose palatial ceilings are a staggering 12 feet in height.
Maisonette
Our classic Maisonette suite includes everything you need (and more): an ensuite bathroom, minibar, and kitchenette. It’s an ideal option for all who wish to experience the Maison standard of living.
Maisonette Small
Don’t be fooled by its designated name–the Maisonette Small features all the same amenities, with the distinction that its private bathroom is just located outside of the room. As the most affordable room choice, it’s also the sweetest deal.
- Amenities: Full-size memory foam mattresses, pillows, shelving, organizational tools

The Living Room
Every apartment features a furnished living room with large windows, modern finishes, and stylish decor that is certain to make you want to linger.

The Kitchen
Stainless steel appliances and sleek white cabinets stow away all the supplies you need to feel right at home.
- Amenities: Electric stoves, stainless steel fridges, microwaves, coffee machines, cookware, utensils, cutting boards–in short, everything you’ll need for cooking (and eating)!
- Also included: Paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, all-purpose cleaner, sponges, and garbage/recycling bags
The Bathrooms
Modern, checked tiles line the full private bathrooms of each suite. Glass shower doors bring the room’s contemporary feel into the space, and large windows ensure plenty of natural light carries through as well.

Welcome to your new favorite hang-out spot. The Lounge at Maison Halsey is a bright, comfortable, fully furnished, and inviting area. Whether you're hosting guests or enjoying a book club party of one, our cheery and spacious atmosphere is perfect. And for those who prefer a quiet corner, our sumptuous, cozy armchairs and fully equipped kitchen area are always ready for a cup of tea.

The Neighborhood
There are plenty of adventures to be had in the Stuyvesant-Heights neighborhood surrounding the Maison on Halsey (when you can muster up the will to leave your fabulous Maisonette, that is). Stretch your legs with a walk in Saratoga Park across the street, the second-largest park in Bed-Stuy. Vegan cafes and coffee shops abound, such as local favorites Chez Alex and Passionfruit Coffee.
The All Night Skate bar boasts incredible Mexican street food and cocktails, and its retro vibe makes it a beloved hangout spot. The Tiny Cupboard Comedy Club offers an intimate environment for comedy lovers. For sweet tooths, check out Lady Moo Moo, a charming walk-up window ice cream shop.
