This brand-new building features all the amenities you could need in a co-living space, with five spacious common areas to enjoy throughout. Enjoy a cozy movie marathon in the home theatre, a game night in the game room, shared meals in the cafeteria, or head up to the fully-furnished rooftop to relax in the sun.
While the facade of the house has the historic Brooklyn charm we love, the interior has been recently renovated to accommodate a modern lifestyle. The building features an elevator, updated appliances, sleek furnishings and plenty of natural light. Each apartment is arranged around bright and inviting common areas, which are spacious in comparison to your average New York City apartment.
Location
The nearest subway stop to the Williamsburg House is the Bedford Station, which gives you immediate access to Manhattan and other Brooklyn neighborhoods. Hop on the L and you can be in NoHo in 15 minutes, Chelsea or Tribeca in 20 minutes and Wall Street in just 25. This conveniently located home allows you to enjoy the slower pace of Brooklyn while having easy access to all of New York City.

The five spacious common areas in the Williamsburg House are shared by Outpost members and offer an array of amenities for your stay.
If you’re working from home or want to sprawl out and read, head to the main living area, where modern furnishings meet artistic design. The ample overhead lighting, comfortable seating areas and creative flourishes make this the perfect space to work.
But for those who want to work and play, look no further than the fully-equipped game room. You can catch up with friends, play a few rounds of ping-pong and socialize with fellow Outpost members in this spacious and beautifully furnished lounge.
The Williamsburg House also features an at-home theatre, complete with a flatscreen TV, sprawling couches and plenty of seating for you and your friends. The average evening watching Netflix just got a whole lot better!
Finally, head up to the expansive furnished rooftop to bask in the sun and relax after a long day. With beautiful views of the Williamsburg Bridge, Manhattan and surrounding Williamsburg, you don’t need to leave home for the ambiance of your favorite rooftop bar. The roof is furnished with hammocks, lounge chairs and work tables, perfect for solo reading during sunset or sipping wine with a few friends.
The Rooftop
Yes, we even have a courtyard and patio! These spaces have tables and chairs so you can hang outside in the spring, summer and autumn. They hold many parties, get-togethers, barbecues and celebrations.
The bedrooms
All of the bedrooms in the Williamsburg House are private and feature full-sized beds.
- Amenities: full-size memory-foam mattresses, shelving, hooks and closets/organizational tools.
- Services: Bedding is available for an additional fee.
The kitchen/dining room
In these apartments, the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter. These spaces are used for cooking up dinner and relaxing in the evening over a glass of wine.

The Williamsburg House features sleek and renovated bathrooms with modern appliances to suit all your needs. There are two bathrooms per apartment, so you’ll never need to wait!
The Laundry room
