The Lexington House is located in Spanish Harlem in Manhattan, just two blocks from Central Park and near the border of the Upper East Side. The neighborhood is known for its dynamic culture and access to well-known cultural institutions like the Conservatory Garden, Museum of the City of New York and the 92nd Street Y.
These gorgeous apartments feature exposed brick walls and classic French doors, with two spacious bedrooms separated by a warm and inviting Common area. There is one studio apartment available, which has plenty of room to entertain guests.
TThe Lexington House is a traditional New York City walk-up, while the units have been renovated with brightened interiors, hardwood floors, and security systems in place. You can choose between four units at the Lexington House, three with two bedrooms each, and one studio. Air conditioning throughout the house is via window units.
This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.

Each unit in the Lexington House includes a furnished, open common area with plenty of room hang out with your roommate or entertain guests. A flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi mean you’ll always be ready to work or entertain.
The Kitchens/Dining Room
The kitchen and dining room are the centerpieces of each unit. These spaces are used for cooking dinner and relaxing in the evening over a glass of wine.
The bathroom
The Lexington House features renovated bathrooms to suit all your needs. You’ll only share a bathroom with one other person, so you’ll never need to wait!
LAUNDRY
The Lexington House also features convenient in-unit laundry, so you can wash your clothes without leaving home! In-unit laundry is a rarity for New York apartments, and it won’t take you long to realize how much time and headache you save by not having to visit a laundromat!

Spanish Harlem, also known as East Harlem, is conveniently located in uptown Manhattan, bordering Central Park, the East River and the Upper East Side. The Lexington House is located in the southwestern corner of the neighborhood, two blocks from Central Park. You can easily walk to the park or the river, do some shopping on the Upper East Side’s famed Madison Ave., or stay closer to home and visit some of our favorite places in Spanish Harlem, including El Museo del Barrio, a museum devoted to Latin culture in the Americas.
The neighborhood has multiple public transit options, whether you prefer traveling via subway or bus. The closest subway station is just a 2-minute walk away, at the 103rd St 6 station, which will quickly take you to transfer points all over Manhattan. You can also take a walk to the 96th Street Q train station. As is the case all over Manhattan, there are plenty of bus routes for faster crosstown access.
