The scoop

Located in the heart of Williamsburg, the Montrose Williamsburg House is just a 19-minute commute into Manhattan, and has plenty of cafes, shops and bars within walking distance. One of our smallest houses in terms of members, it features six bedrooms and four full bathrooms spread across a single level, with a full kitchen, living room and co-working area for members to enjoy.

The house is a newly renovated space inside and out, with split-unit heating and air conditioning, updated appliances and hardwood floors. This house is a one-level, single-unit home, equipped with a full kitchen, living room, co-working area and free laundry facilities. There are four full bathrooms for the six bedrooms, so there’s no need to worry about fighting for showers. The space is arranged around the bright and friendly common area, which is massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment.

Stayed at the Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY house for 2 months this summer. Great experience - this house has killer amenities [rooftop, free laundry, movie theater and downstairs work area that no one ever uses and is great for remote work].
