The Scoop
The Lexington House is located in Spanish Harlem in Manhattan, just two blocks from Central Park and near the border of the Upper East Side. The neighborhood is known for its dynamic culture and access to well-known cultural institutions like the Conservatory Garden, Museum of the City of New York and the 92nd Street Y.
These gorgeous apartments feature exposed brick walls and classic French doors, with two spacious bedrooms separated by a warm and inviting Common area. There is one studio apartment available, which has plenty of room to entertain guests.
The Space
The Lexington House is a traditional New York City walk-up, while the units have been renovated with brightened interiors, hardwood floors, and security systems in place. You can choose between four units at the Lexington House, three with two bedrooms each, and one studio. Air conditioning throughout the house is via window units.
