It has five units spread across three levels, and a backyard accessible through the basement.
The house has been recently renovated space throughout, with split-unit heating and air conditioning, updated appliances and hardwood floors. This house is a three-level, five-unit home, with each unit equipped with a full kitchen and living room, and the first-floor unit with an additional basement common area and co-working area. The spaces are arranged around bright and inviting common areas, which are spacious in comparison to your average New York City apartment.

This coliving space is located in the Bushwick neighborhood in North Brooklyn, in an area known for its creative scene and nightlife.
The Knickerbocker House is a 2-minute walk to the M train on Knickerbocker Ave, and a 5-minute walk to the L train on DeKalb Ave. You can be on the Lower East Side in 20 minutes.

The Bedrooms
Your room will be clean and furnished just like the rest of the house. Rooms at the Knickerbocker House are either private or shared, depending on availability and your budget. Bedding is available for an additional fee.
- Amenities: memory-foam mattresses (twin-sized for shared rooms; full-sized for single rooms), pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, and closets/organizational tools.
The kitchens/dining room
The kitchens in each unit have gas stoves and updated appliances and are stocked with plenty of supplies, so you can meal prep or cook dinner with your housemates without a worry.
- Amenities include microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
- Security: 24/7 security in all common areas.
The (co)living room
The living rooms are at the heart of each unit within the Knickerbocker House, with their comfy couches and TVs, this is the perfect spot for your next movie night. The space is equipped with everything you need to relax.
- Living room also includes: Additional seating, pillows, lamps and decor.
- Tech: Google Chromecast.
The bathrooms
We provide many bathroom essentials, as well.
- Included: toilet paper, hand soap and small garbage bags!
Laundry room
The Knickerbocker House also has paid laundry facilities where members can do their laundry.
Backyard
Yes, we even have a back yard! This space has tables and chairs so can work outside in the spring, summer and autumn.
