The scoop
The Atlantic House is located in the neighborhood of Crown Heights. Known for its historic brownstone building, this area has roots dating back to the 1800s. This neighborhood is a diverse, vibrant community with a rich cultural history. Nearby coffee shops are perfect for remote and co-working and served by the A & C subway lines that allow for an easy trip to many of Brooklyn's attractions, including the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Prospect Park Zoo.
Location
The Atlantic House is located in Crown Heights on the border of Bed-Stuy and a 4 min walk from the A & C trains that can carry you to Manhattan in less than 30 minutes with no transfers! This house is within walking distance of multiple parks that feature basketball courts, fields, and more, so you can stay active physically as well as the many bars and restaurants and museums that will be sure to keep you socially entertained as well!
This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up.
We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.
We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.

All of The Atlantic House's bedrooms are private and feature full-sized beds.
- Amenities: full-size memory foam mattresses, pillows, shelving, hooks, closets/organizational tools.
- Services: Bedding is available for an additional fee.
THE (CO)LIVING ROOMS
The living room in each apartment in The Atlantic House is complete with couches and a table for working or eating. Whether you’re cooking with your roommates or watching the latest Netflix series, the shared spaces will always be the perfect spot to relax after a busy day.
THE KITCHENS
In these apartments, the kitchen is newly renovated and ready to be put to work. So whether you are making a home-cooked meal or opening the take-out from your favorite spot, you will have everything you need.
- Amenities include electric stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards, and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
- Also included: paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
The Bathroom
The Atlantic House features updated and renovated bathrooms with modern appliances to suit all your needs.
- Also included: toilet paper, hand soap, and small garbage bags!

Bed-Stuy is a neighborhood in North Brooklyn with a rich history, vibrant culture and myriad things to do and ways to get involved in the community, and this house is located in the very heart of it. You can take a 2-minute walk to one of our favorite Brooklyn bakeries, spend the afternoon at a gem of a coffee shop offering a great record selection, and enjoy a plethora of emerging designer stores, small restaurants and strong local vibes all around.
