Location
Situated in Downtown Flushing, The Maple House is a short distance from the Queen Botanical Garden, where you can spend a day roaming the greenery and then head over to Citi Park to watch the New York Mets play!
Though public transportation is at your fingertips with a plethora of bus stations and the Main Street Station less than a 10 min walk away, you can find yourself in Brooklyn and then Manhattan in a short trip.
But there's no need to leave the neighborhood to find activities and entertainment. With multiple parks, museums, and sports centers within walking distance, there is always something to be experienced. Not to mention the abundance of bars, restaurants, and shopping nearby, you'll never be at a loss for things to do.
This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up.
We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable and charming for all of our members in any room of the house. We used only the best suppliers and materials for the furniture, from real wooden cabinetry to updated countertops.
We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.

The living room in each apartment in The Maple House is complete with couches and a table for working or eating. Whether you’re cooking with your roommates or watching the latest Netflix series, the shared spaces will always be the perfect spot to relax after a busy day.
the kitchens
In these apartments, the kitchen is newly renovated and ready to be put to work. So whether you are making a home-cooked meal or opening the take-out from your favorite spot, you will have everything you need.
- Amenities include include electric stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards, and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
- Also included: paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are available upon arrival.
