The scoop

Near the Sugar Hill area of Upper Manhattan, the Hamilton House is full to its rafters with charm. Between its grand staircase, brick accent walls, and select bedrooms with fireplace facades, you’ll feel as though you stepped into a historical home–except with every modern convenience you could need.

Location

The Hamilton House is a 4-minute walk to the A, B, C, D, and 1 trains at 145th St station, and a 25-35 minute commute to midtown and lower Manhattan. Bus stops around the corner make commuting even easier, although with plenty of food stores, pharmacies, and gyms nearby, you won’t need to go far to run your daily errands.

This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up.

We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable and charming for all of our members in any room of the house. We used only the best suppliers and materials for the furniture, from real wooden cabinetry to updated countertops.

We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.

The room was one of outpost’s most affordable options for short term which is what drew me, especially considering the prices of hotels for longer stays. All essentials like subway/food stores are within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY house for 2 months this summer. Great experience - this house has killer amenities [rooftop, free laundry, movie theater and downstairs work area that no one ever uses and is great for remote work].
