The Maison on Edgecombe this space is ideally located near multiple subway lines allowing you to gain quick access to some of the best parts of manhattan. With the A&C lines a mere 4-minute walk, the 1 line a 6-minute walk, and the B&D lines a 10-minute away, you can get just about anywhere in no time. Not to all the other treasures in the neighborhood itself that are always at your fingertips.
Location
The Maison on Edgecombe is located in Washington Heights, across from Coogan’s bluff and a short walk from Fort Washington Park. With 160 acres of beautiful trees and lawns across the city, you will always have a space to run, bike or just enjoy nature. The neighborhood contains a mix of young professionals, families, and students. It is known as one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Manhattan, giving those who live there so much to explore. From parks to museums to the incredible food in the area, you may never need to leave the neighborhood!
This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up.
We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.
We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.

The rooms and suites
The Maisonette Suite
The Maisonette Suite comes with an en-suite bathroom along with a wet-bar and its own fridge. It is fully furnished, with a wardrobe, a lounge area, and a spacious desk.
The Maison Bedroom
The Maison Standard bedroom is fully furnished and has access to a large bathroom shared with only one other guest.

Each of the four apartments of the building is outfitted with a fully fitted kitchen, all clad in stainless steel, to reflect the beautiful Brooklyn light. The kitchens are open onto a dining lounge; a versatile space to share a meal, work from home or have a drink with your housemates after a busy day.
the cellar lounge - COMMING SOON
Opening into the backyard is a large, fully furnished common lounge and work area where you can co-work with your housemates or relax after a long day. A laundry room is also located on this floor, so you'll never have to worry about finding an open machine at the laundromat. This area is currently still in progress but will be coming soon!
the backyard community garden
A large backyard is surrounded by planters customizable to tenants to grow anything you'd like. The deck is furnished with lounge chairs and dining furniture, so you can enjoy one another's company during nice weather.

Each Maison unit is built around the idea of coming together as a community, with a spacious common kitchen and living room in-unit and an additional large lounge/work area that opens onto the furnished backyard. Tenants love our common areas for game nights, cooking together, or relaxing with a glass of wine to catch up on the events of the day.
