The nearest subway station is a 3-minute walk from the Gates House, giving you easy access to both Williamsburg and Manhattan. Hop on the J at the Gates Avenue station and you can be on the Lower East Side in a mere 25 minutes. This conveniently located home allows you to enjoy the slower pace of Brooklyn while having easy access to all of New York City.

The Gates House has three apartments altogether, each with three private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared common area. The kitchens/dining room
In these apartments, the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter. These spaces are used for cooking up dinner and relaxing in the evening over a glass of wine.
- Amenities include electric stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
- Also included: paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
- Security: 24/7 security in common areas.
The (Co)Living Room
The common area is shared by all Outpost members at the Gates House and features sprawling couches, an air hockey table, flatscreen TVs and a table for working or eating. Whether you’re looking to work or play, the common area has everything you need to feel right at home.
