Maison means Home, whether you're looking for a move-in ready private bedroom for just a month or long-term. Furnished, beautifully designed, with private bathrooms and large shared amenities: Everything is ready for you to move in, meet your community and enjoy everything the city has to offer.
The Maison properties are always located within a short walk to public transportation. The Maison on Jefferson is just a 10-minute walk to the Utica Av subway station, served by the A/C trains, 1–2 blocks from bus stops for the B15 and B26 buses, and just 2 blocks from the nearest CitiBike station. You can be in Manhattan in less than half an hour door-to-door.
Location
The Maison on Jefferson in Bed-Stuy is emblematic of its neighborhood: a sense of community pervades nearly every block, lined with historic brownstones, trees, creative shops and restaurants. Bed-Stuy offers one of the city’s richest collections of gorgeous Victorian architecture while remaining a stronghold of local culture, with block parties happening throughout the long summer days. Restaurant and bar doors open as the sun sets: cocktails at Dynaco, Nashville-style fried chicken at Peaches Hot House, Neapolitan pizza at Saraghina. Sip on one of the 45 draft beers at Brooklyn Tap House, party at the Jamaican tiny clud Lovers Rock or catch an outdoor movie screened in one of Bed-Stuy’s green spaces.
We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.
We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.

The rooms and suites
The Maisonette Suite
The Maisonette Suite comes with an en-suite bathroom along with a wet-bar and its own fridge. It is fully furnished, with a wardrobe, a lounge area and a spacious desk.
The Maison Bedroom
The Maison Standard bedroom is fully furnished and has access to a large bathroom shared with only one other guest.
The Open Kitchen
Each of the four apartments of the building is outfitted with a fully fitted kitchen, all clad in stainless steel, to reflect the beautiful Brooklyn light. The kitchens are open onto a dining lounge; a versatile space to share a meal, work from home or have a drink with your housemates after a busy day.
The Cellar Lounge
Opening into the backyard is a large, fully furnished common lounge and work area where you can co-work with your housemates or relax after a long day. A laundry room is also located on this floor, so you'll never have to worry about finding an open machine at the laundromat.
The Backyard Community Garden
A large backyard is surrounded by planters customizable to tenants to grow anything you'd like. The deck is furnished with lounge chairs and dining furniture, so you can enjoy one another's company during nice weather.

Common Areas
Each Maison unit is built around the idea of coming together in community, with a spacious common kitchen and living room in-unit and an additional large lounge/work area that opens onto the furnished backyard. Tenants love our common areas for game nights, cooking together or relaxing with a glass of wine to catch up on the events of the day.
Fully Furnished
All our properties are fully furnished with comfortable, high-quality and functional furniture to make you feel at home.
On-Site Laundry
This property has a dedicated laundry room with washers and dryers accessible at any time.

With a minimum lease of 1 month, full furnishings and no need to set up utilities and internet accounts, moving in is easy.

Bed-Stuy is a neighborhood in North Brooklyn with a rich history, vibrant culture and myriad things to do and ways to get involved in the community, and this house is located in the very heart of it. You can take a 2-minute walk to one of our favorite Brooklyn bakeries, spend the afternoon at a gem of a coffee shop offering a great record selection, and enjoy a plethora of emerging designer stores, small restaurants and strong local vibes all around.

Before you move-in, we charge one full-month security deposit, which you will get back in full after your stay with us ends. If you would like to waive the security deposit, however, you may do so through our partners at Qira! They’ll pay your security deposit for a small monthly fee ranging from $10-$20.

Our lease lengths allow you to choose what works best for your plans. You can reach out to us to extend your stay if your plans change, or sign a longer lease up front to take advantage of lower prices.
